Terms of service

Welcome to Simplicity Visa. These terms govern your use of our website, mobile-friendly application, and related services, including visa application assistance, airport VIP fast-track where offered, and other travel documentation support (together, the "Service"). Simplicity Visa ("we", "us", "our") operates the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. This is our contract
By using the Service, or by clicking "Accept" or similar where offered, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and our Privacy policy, which is incorporated by reference.
"You" means the individual user, or the parent or guardian who authorises use on behalf of a minor. Minors under 18 may not use the Service without appropriate supervision and consent.
2. User accounts
You may browse public content without an account. To place an order or use certain features (such as tracking), you must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Contact us immediately at help@simplicityvisa.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Our role and relationship
Simplicity Visa is a private visa assistance and travel support service. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government. Using the Service does not guarantee that any visa or travel authorisation will be issued. Information we provide is for assistance only and is not legal advice. Consult a qualified professional for legal questions.
By submitting an application through the Service, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically (including email and in-app messaging) and share data with subprocessors as described in our Privacy policy.
4. Privacy and data security
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy policy. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, but no online service is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your devices and credentials safe. We are not liable for incidents caused by your failure to protect your account.
5. Your rights in using the Service
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms. You do not acquire ownership of the Service or its content.
6. Our rights in the Service
Intellectual property
All rights in the Service (software, content, trademarks, logos, and design) belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Licence to process your data
By submitting information, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to process, store, and use that information only to provide the Service, as further described in our Privacy policy.
Feedback
Suggestions or feedback you give us may be used without obligation or payment to you.
Changes to the Service
We may update, change, or discontinue features, pricing, or availability. Where changes are material, we will try to give reasonable notice when practicable.
7. Requirements for use
Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you submit. Errors in passports, travel dates, or personal details are your responsibility. Simplicity Visa is not liable for rejections or delays caused by information you supply.
Verify your documents
When you receive a travel document, check it immediately. Tell us about any discrepancy within 48 hours of delivery. If you travel with an incorrect document without notifying us, you accept the consequences.
Passport validity
You must ensure your passport meets destination requirements, including validity (often at least six months beyond intended travel) where applicable.
Prohibited uses
You may not use the Service:
- for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
- to submit false, misleading, or another person's information without authority;
- to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service improperly;
- to interfere with security or operation of the Service; or
- to resell or redistribute our services without written agreement.
8. No guarantee of visa approval
We help you prepare and submit applications. Government authorities make the final decision. Approval, timing, and requirements are not under our control. Published processing times are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for confirming that your documentation meets your travel needs.
9. Airport concierge and fast-track
Where you purchase airport VIP or fast-track services, delivery may be performed by vetted third parties under agreement with us. We take reasonable steps regarding quality but are not liable for on-the-ground acts or omissions of those providers. Report service issues promptly to help@simplicityvisa.com so we can help.
10. Third-party links and services
The Service may link to or integrate third-party sites or tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Their terms apply to your use of them.
11. Payments and commercial terms
Pricing
Prices are shown in United States dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. They typically include our service fee and, where applicable, government fees. Prices may change but will not affect orders already confirmed at checkout.
Payment
Payment is processed through Stripe. You may use major credit and debit cards and, where enabled, digital wallets (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
Refunds
See our Refund policy. In general, our service fee may be non-refundable once processing has started; government fees are usually non-refundable. Eligibility depends on product and stage.
Promotional codes
Codes are subject to their stated rules, have no cash value unless stated, may not combine with other offers, and expire as published. We may cancel orders for misuse of codes.
Subscriptions
If we offer a membership or other recurring plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the renewal rate until you cancel. Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
Taxes
You are responsible for applicable taxes. We collect tax where required by law.
No resale
Purchases are for your personal use. You may not resell services or documents obtained through the Service without permission.
12. SMS and electronic communications
By providing contact details, you agree to receive transactional messages (for example application updates and delivery notices) by email and, where you opt in or where applicable, SMS. You may opt out of marketing messages as described in our communications or Privacy policy.
13. Suspension or termination
You may request closure of your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or for other legitimate reasons. Fees already charged for a paid period may not be refunded where termination is for cause.
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simplicity Visa disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or freedom from harmful components.
Government rules and entry requirements change often. We do not warrant that information on the Service is always complete or current.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simplicity Visa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for direct damages arising from a specific order will not exceed the amount you paid us for that order.
This applies regardless of legal theory, even if we were advised such damages were possible. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simplicity Visa and our officers, employees, and agents against claims, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these terms; (c) inaccurate or false information you provide; or (d) your violation of law or third-party rights.
17. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email help@simplicityvisa.com with: identification of the work, identification of the material, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised. We will review and respond as appropriate.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Simplicity Visa primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer laws in your country give you rights that cannot be waived.
Before starting legal action, contact us at help@simplicityvisa.com to try to resolve the dispute. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either party may pursue remedies in courts that have jurisdiction.
19. Entire agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy policy, Refund policy, and Cookie policy where relevant, are the full agreement between you and Simplicity Visa regarding the Service and replace earlier understandings on the same subject.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or a clear notice on the site. Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised terms.
21. Referral programme
We may run a referral programme. Rewards are subject to programme rules published on the site. Referrals must be genuine new customers. We may withhold rewards if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.
